Abstract
This report presents the final evaluation, commissioned by DEVCO/B2 and implemented between December 2012 and April 2013, of the Thematic Programme "Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development" (NSA- LA) 2007-2013. The sum of €1,571,075,501.66 was allocated in Annual Action Programmes (AAPs) for the period 2007-2013. The Programme is divided into 3 objectives. Objective 1 of the Programme is to promote an inclusive and empowered society in partner countries that will facilitate NSA and LA participation in poverty reduction and sustainable development strategies. Objective 2 is to promote awareness raising and development education in the EU and acceding countries about development issues. Objective 3 is to facilitate the coordination and communication of NSA and LA networks in EU and acceding countries.[Author vide copyright]

Abstract
Ce rapport présente les résultats de l’évaluation conjointe réalisée par la Commission Européenne (CE) et l’Espagne sur leurs coopérations respectives avec le Sénégal. Les principaux objectifs de l’évaluation sont defournir aux services concernés ainsi qu’au grand public une appréciation indépendante de la coopération passée et présente avec le Sénégal et detirer les enseignements de cette coopération en vue d’améliorer les stratégies et programmes actuels et futurs de la Commission et de l’Espagne. L’évaluation porte sur les stratégies de coopération avec le Sénégal et leur mise en œuvre au cours de la période 1996-2008.[Author vide copyright]

Abstract
This report covers the evaluation of the European Commission (EC) cooperation strategy with Botswana and its implementation over the period 1999–2008. The main objectives of this evaluation were:a) to provide the external cooperation Services of the EC and the wider public with an overall independent assessment of the Commission’s past and current cooperation relations with Botswana;b) to identify key lessons learned from the past cooperation with Botswana in order to improve the current and future strategies and programmes of the Commission.The scope of the evaluation covers the cooperation strategy and its implementation in relation to the country strategies and National Indicative Programmes (NIP) of EDF 8, 9, and 10 and to contributions from thematic Budget Lines and other cooperation instruments.[Author vide copyright]
